Privacy Policy

Effective date and last updated: 21 October 2026

This Policy has two parts:

  • Part A covers personal data that we (Instrusolve LLC) handle for our own business: our website, forms, email, sales outreach and customer records. For this data we are the controller.
  • Part B covers configurators we build for our clients. If you use a configurator on a client's (for example a manufacturer's or distributor's) website, that client is the controller and we act only on its instructions.

PART A – DATA WE CONTROL

A1. Who we are

Instrusolve LLC (a Wyoming limited liability company) (we, us, our), 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, is the controller of the personal data described in Part A. This makes us the "controller" under the EU GDPR and UK GDPR, a "business" under US state privacy laws where they apply, and the "personal information controller" under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 where it applies (see A11). SwiftyQuote is a product of Instrusolve LLC.

Privacy contact: Privacy contact, Instrusolve LLC, sales@swiftyquote.com (please put "Privacy" in the subject line).

We do not sell your personal data.

A2. What we collect and where it comes from

When you visit our website (swiftyquote.com and demo.swiftyquote.com)

  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages requested, and date and time. Our hosting and security providers (Lovable, Cloudflare) process this to deliver and protect the Site and may log it.
  • Usage statistics: our website platform (Lovable) provides built-in visitor analytics, which record information such as pages viewed, referring sites, and device and browser type, so we can understand how the Site is used.
  • Google Fonts: pages load fonts from Google's servers, so your browser sends your IP address to Google.

When you fill in our contact or free-sample form

  • First and last name, work email, company name or website, country (optional), phone/WhatsApp number (optional), and anything you write. The form stores this in our database (Supabase).

When you use a demo configurator on our Site

  • The demos run in your browser and do not send your entries to us or anyone else. If you click "Send request", your own email program opens a pre-filled email addressed to sales@swiftyquote.com, containing your configuration and any details you typed. Nothing is sent unless you send that email yourself. If you do, we receive it in our mailbox as controller (see the next heading). Demo requests come to SwiftyQuote, not to the manufacturer whose product the demo is based on, and we do not pass them to that manufacturer.

When you email us or we correspond

  • Your name, email address, signature details (job title, company, phone) and the content of the correspondence, held in our email system (Microsoft 365 / Outlook).
  • If you choose to contact us via WhatsApp, or ask us to reply to you there, we receive your number, name and the messages we exchange.

When we contact you about our services (B2B outreach)

  • If you work for an instrumentation manufacturer or supplier, we may obtain your business contact details (such as name, job title, company and business email) from publicly available business sources, such as company websites and professional directories, and from business contact data providers, and send you business emails using our outreach tool (Lemlist).
  • Email tracking: our outreach emails may contain a small tracking image (pixel) and tracked links that tell us whether, and when, an email was opened or a link was clicked. Where the law requires your consent for this tracking, we only use it with your consent. You can also block tracking by turning off automatic image loading in your email program.

Customer and prospect records

  • We keep a record of business contacts, enquiries, proposals and clients (name, company, role, contact details, notes on our dealings) in our internal records, kept in access-controlled business systems.

We do not ask for sensitive personal data (such as health information, government ID numbers or financial account details). Please do not send it to us.

A4. Who we share it with: our service providers

We use the following providers, which process personal data for us under their data processing terms. We do not share your data with the manufacturers whose products appear in our demos. Our service providers may store and process data in the United States, the EU or other countries.

Our affiliate Instrusolve Inc. processes personal data only on our behalf and under a written agreement (see A5). We may also disclose data to authorities where the law requires it, to protect our rights, or to a successor if our business is reorganised or sold, under appropriate confidentiality.

A5. International transfers

We are a US company, and we work with our affiliate Instrusolve Inc. in the Philippines. When you give us your data directly (for example through our forms or by email), it comes to us in the US. Countries outside the EU/UK where your data may be processed include the United States (us and several of our providers) and the Philippines (our affiliate Instrusolve Inc.).

Where we pass EU/UK personal data on to providers or our affiliate in other countries, we use:

  • adequacy decisions (for example the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and its UK Extension, for certified US providers);
  • the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (Decision (EU) 2021/914) and, for UK data, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or International Data Transfer Agreement. These are used for Instrusolve Inc. in the Philippines, which has no EU or UK adequacy decision; or
  • another lawful transfer mechanism.

You can ask us for a copy of the relevant safeguards at sales@swiftyquote.com.

A6. How long we keep it

  • Prospects, enquiries, sample and demo requests that do not lead to a contract: 24 months from our last contact, then deleted or anonymised.
  • Client records and contracts: for the contract term, and afterwards for as long as needed to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
  • Website and security logs: up to 90 days, subject to our providers' own log settings.
  • Outreach suppression list: if you opt out, we keep your email address on a "do not contact" list for as long as needed to respect your choice.

A7. Security and breaches

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including access controls, encrypted (HTTPS) connections and reputable providers. No system is 100% secure. If a personal data breach occurs, we will notify the competent authorities and affected individuals where, and within the time, the law requires. Under the EU/UK GDPR, that means notifying the supervisory authority without undue delay and, where feasible, within 72 hours of becoming aware of a reportable breach.

A8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • access your personal data and get a copy;
  • correct inaccurate data;
  • delete your data;
  • restrict our processing;
  • data portability;
  • object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to direct marketing at any time;
  • withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect earlier processing); and
  • complain to a data protection authority (see A9–A11).

To exercise a right, email sales@swiftyquote.com (subject: "Privacy request"). We may need to verify your identity. We will respond within the time required by law (one month under the GDPR, extendable in some cases). We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.

A9. EU, EEA and UK

The EU GDPR and the UK GDPR apply to our processing of personal data of people in the EU/EEA and the UK, because we offer our services to businesses there. You can contact us about any data protection matter through our Privacy contact at sales@swiftyquote.com. You can also complain to the supervisory authority in your country, for example the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens in the Netherlands, the competent German state data protection authority, or the UK Information Commissioner's Office.

A10. United States

California. The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA (CCPA), applies only to businesses that meet certain thresholds. If and when it applies to us, California residents (including business contacts) have the right to know and access, delete and correct their personal information, and to opt out of its "sale" or "sharing" for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not sell or share personal information in that sense, and we do not use sensitive personal information. The categories we collect are listed in A2, the purposes in A3 and the retention periods in A6. To make a request, email sales@swiftyquote.com; you may use an authorised agent.

Other US states. Several states have privacy laws with their own thresholds and exemptions. Many do not cover data about individuals acting in a business capacity. Where one applies to you, you can exercise similar rights the same way. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision.

A11. Philippines

Where the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) applies to our processing, you have the rights under that law: to be informed, to access, to object, to correct, to erasure or blocking, to data portability, and to claim damages. You can exercise them through our Privacy contact (sales@swiftyquote.com) and you may complain to the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph). Where that law requires it, we will notify the National Privacy Commission and affected individuals of a qualifying personal data breach within 72 hours of knowledge. Our affiliate Instrusolve Inc. processes personal data in the Philippines on our behalf and is directly bound by that law as a personal information processor.

A12. Cookies, tracking and marketing emails

  • Website: we do not use advertising cookies. The Site may use cookies or similar browser storage that our hosting, security and website platform providers need to deliver and protect it and to provide the visitor statistics described in A2. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Where the law requires your consent for any non-essential cookies or similar technologies, we will ask for it.
  • Email tracking: see A2. Where consent is required, we only use open and click tracking with your consent.
  • Opting out of marketing: every outreach email includes an unsubscribe option, and you can reply "unsubscribe" or email sales@swiftyquote.com at any time.

A13. Other points

  • Children: our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
  • Other websites: the Site links to third-party sites (for example manufacturers' product pages), which have their own privacy policies.
  • Changes: we will post updates here with a new date, and give more prominent notice of significant changes where appropriate.

PART B – CONFIGURATORS WE BUILD FOR CLIENTS

B1. Our role

We build product configurators for manufacturers and suppliers (our clients), which they put on their own websites. When you use a client's configurator and send a quote request:

  • the client is the controller of your personal data, and decides what is collected and why; and
  • Instrusolve LLC acts only as a processor (EU/UK GDPR Art. 28) or service provider (CCPA) where we handle any of that data. We process it only on the client's documented instructions, under a written data processing agreement, and not for our own purposes.

Please read the privacy policy of the client whose website you are using. It explains how the client uses your data and how to exercise your rights. If you contact us about a client's configurator, we will forward your request to the client and help them respond.

B2. How requests are routed

Each client chooses how quote requests from its configurator are delivered. Depending on that client's setup, the following may act as our sub-processors (or as the client's own processors):

ToolPossible role
Microsoft 365 / Outlook (Microsoft Corporation, USA)Delivering quote requests by email
WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ireland Ltd / WhatsApp LLC)Delivering requests or messages via WhatsApp
Make.com (Celonis s.r.o., Czech Republic)Workflow automation that routes requests
n8n (n8n GmbH, Germany; cloud-hosted or self-hosted, depending on the client)Workflow automation that routes requests

Instrusolve Inc. (7257 Yakal Corner Malugay Street, San Antonio, Makati City 1203, Philippines), our affiliateDesign, engineering and support for the configurator

These providers may store and process data in the United States, the EU or other countries. The specific tools, locations and transfer safeguards for each client are set out in that client's data processing agreement with us. Clients are informed of our sub-processors, including Instrusolve Inc., under that agreement.
